Is my donation safe and secure?

Yes. All data is acquired under 128-Bit SSL Security and only customers whose internet browsers supporting global 128-Bit encryption can use the GoodCompany system.

Will GFS and GoodCompany protect my privacy?

Personal information will only be used for administering this program and your donations will be anonymous if you chose to ‘opt out’ of communications from the charity. To approve/deny your details being shared with the charities you support, you need to:

2. Go to My Account by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner

3. Select Settings from left menu panel

4. Select Communications Settings

5. Under Charity Partners: select option to ‘be contacted directly from the charities you support’

6. Click ‘save’

Who has access to my information?

GFS Payroll has access to your information for processing of your donations. Information is shared with the Greenstone Giving Committee for internal tracking and reporting purposes.

GoodCompany also have access to information about your donations and volunteering through the Greenstone Giving system. Please note GoodCompany does not have access to your remuneration details.

Where is my information stored?

Your personal information is stored on servers located in Australia and is used for the purposes of the Greenstone Giving site only.

Is there any risk of my information going to a third party or being on-sold?
