Single Sign On (SSO)

Staff who are eligible to utilise Greenstone Giving will sign in via Single Sign On (SSO). If you are not able to sign into Greenstone Giving and you believe you should be able to, please contact greenstonegiving@greenstone.com.au. When you first login and you create your account, you will be able to view the portal terms and conditions via a hyperlink.
You can then select ‘register’ to create your account. 

Accessing the Greenstone Giving Portal is via Shine Hub only

The Greenstone Giving Portal requires a Single Sign On (SSO) login which will auto populate when you access the Portal via Shine Hub.

Please ensure you access the Greenstone Giving Portal only when logged on to the Greenstone network.

I'm a new employee. When will my Employee ID be loaded onto the website?

New Employee IDs are added to Greenstone Giving daily. If your Employee ID is not on the Greenstone Giving portal, please email the support team at greenstonegiving@greenstone.com.au.

I’m leaving GFS. How do I remove my details from Greenstone Giving?

Your donations and personal details will be automatically be removed once you cease being paid.
